To create an installation that would remain impactful around the clock, Lightscape developed a series of high-brightness LED displays integrated into the building's existing window openings. The solution ensured the content remained clearly visible in full daylight while transforming the façade into a striking architectural canvas after dark.

Displayed continuously over two weeks, the motion design combined contemporary animation with references to traditional Irish and Japanese art, reflecting SMBC Aviation Capital's heritage and long-standing connection between Ireland and Japan. The content balanced informative storytelling with playful visual moments, engaging both Airline Economics Week delegates and passers-by throughout the city.

A key challenge was integrating the LED displays into the Georgian façade while preserving the character of the building. Custom rigging solutions allowed the screens to sit discreetly within the recessed window openings, creating the impression that the architecture itself had become a digital canvas. Integrated ambient light sensors automatically adjusted the brightness of each display throughout the day, ensuring optimum visibility in changing conditions while maintaining a balanced appearance from day through to night.
